Why I Choose to work with children?
I enjoy working with young children because it gives me great pleasure to know that I have been involved in a small part of their childhood and that nursery is a key contribution to giving them the best possible start in life!
Why I choose to work at Jigsaw?
Location firstly, Also a friend worked here who said it was a good place to work.
My aspirations for the children in my care:
My Aspirations for the children would be that they have learnt to respect and understand others, to feel valued, confident and secure, that they will leave nursery with wonderful memories gained through pleasurable experiences.

Why I Choose to work with children?
I felt it would be very rewarding job. I felt I had some good qualities to offer. E.g. patience, care and comfort and experience with children. It is good to see your hard work is not a waste, the children give so much back. So now I can say it is a very rewarding job.
Why I choose to work at Jigsaw?
My sister was working at Jigsaw, and asked if I wanted to do some supply work, as it is local, small and friendly I thought I would give it a go and as I'm still here I think that says it all.
My aspirations for the children in my care:
I would like them to achieve to the best of their abilities with lots of encouragement and a sense of security and confidence to move onto the next stage of their life. I hope they feel they are leaving a large family instead of a nursery.

Why I Choose to work with children?
I chose to work with young children as I find its what I am best at, giving them a happy healthy start in life. Making them happy, makes me happy seeing them grow up and learning that I was a part of.
Why I choose to work at Jigsaw?
I chose to work at jigsaw as I started as student and loved working here with the children and staff. Jigsaw is a homely friendly atmosphere.

My Aspiration for the children is that they come to nursery to have fun with us and learning through play and have a happy time at nursery.
